Muddy Paths – Refund Policy

At Muddy Paths, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes get in the way! Therefore, scheduled appointments may need to be changed or cancelled. We aim to be fair and transparent with our refund and cancellation policy, while also respecting the time and commitment of our therapists and other clients.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

48 hours’ notice required: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client. This also ensures that your payment is protected and can be transferred to your new appointment slot.

Less than 48 hours’ notice: Cancellations or rescheduling made within less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full cost of the session booked.

Missed appointments (no-shows): If you miss your appointment without providing notice, the session fee is non-refundable.​ Please cancel your appointment early if you can so that it can be offer it to another young person.
Refunds for Prepaid Sessions or Packages

If you have paid in advance for multiple sessions and wish to discontinue therapy, refunds can be provided for any unused sessions, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given before the next scheduled session.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 working days to appear in your bank.
